How to Use IDAHO BALSAM FIR ESSENTIAL OIL: Apply topically or diffuse. Take one drop as a dietary supplement as needed. If pregnant or under a doctor''s care, consult a physician before using. May be irritating to those with sensitive skin. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental eye contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye and call a doctor if necessary. Never use water to wash out an oil. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for 3 to 6 hours after use.
