Description: A powerful antioxidant blend of B vitamins, which are crucial for supporting normal immune function, metabolism, energy, and overall health.

How to Use SUPER B - 90 TABS: Take one-half to one tablet daily, preferably with a meal and not on an empty stomach. CAUTION: If taken on an empty stomach, you may experience a niacin flush.

Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, niacin, selenium, magnesium oxide, zinc, thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, PABA, biotin, vitamin B12, folic acid, cellulose, magnesium stearate, and stearic acid.
